Offering sales support remedies for the Hospitality Industry. Founder of GreenPathAmerica, a consortium consultancy offering sales and operations services and representation of specialty products and software solutions for the Hospitality Industry. Obtained consulting contracts throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, including such diverse assignments as conference center and resort operational evaluations, financial facilities and staff structuring, and condo ownership feasibility analysis. The following is a list of previous and current engagements:
• Telkonet Communications. 2005. Developed a national account and reseller sales infrastructure promoting Telkonet’s patented Power Line Communications (PLC) products harnessing a building’s internal electrical wiring to form an IP network.
• NFS Hospitality Corporation. 2006 – 2007. A London based Software Company, created and implemented new partnerships for establishing a USA Division promoting the company’s SaaS platform for conference and event management.
• Trump Tower, Las Vegas. 2005. Implemented a pro forma and “condotel” financial plan for the Trump Resort Hotel Group
• Innroad Hospitality Solutions. 2007 – 2008. Created and executed a strategic business development and marketing strategy to introduce and implement their SaaS property management system to the Hospitality Industry. Additionally responsible for the execution of a “build out plan”, for a comprehensive and complete SaaS organization for investors to effectively support the company growth initiatives.
• Skyware Hospitality Solutions. 2009 – 2012. As a start up venture, formulated a business development and managed direct sales to introduce and implement the SaaS services offering online central reservation, property management solutions, & Restaurant Point of Sale Systems to the Hospitality Industry.
• ErevMax/Rate Tiger. 2016. Direct Sales Representation. Solutions consisted of rate intelligence, channel management and online booking engine. Developed new lead CRM. Enhanced and expanded vendor alliances.
• Moreton Bay Technology. 2014 – 2017. Reseller Network sales represenatation for their purchasing and inventory control solution for the Hospitality Industry.
• TTI Technologies. 2016 – 2018. Developed sales strategies offering software solutions for Business Centers and their Scan2PMS which scan photos and ID’s to expedite check in.
• Honeywell – Inncom. 2017 – 2018. Deployment of a USA sales strategy roll delivering integrated hotel room energy management systems customized to the property’s needs.
• PII Secure 2018 – Present. New company roll out delivering PCI-DSS compliant protection. Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding; present content strategy and annual plan and consult on best practices for solutions and setup.

Directed regional and national sales teams with an annual $8 Million new sales forecast. Managed third party strategic software partnerships, marketing alliances, and dealer networks in the Caribbean and Mexico. Responsibilities included all marketing, sales management and C level account level sales, and administration of promotion and sales of an enterprise integrated software solution for the mid to high range resort hotel marketplace.
• Engineered the purchase of Miracle Sales & Catering System, as well as directed the roll out, resulting in annual revenue of $6,000,000.
• Directed the development design and roll out of integrated accounting and golf management systems. Managed pilot project with the Pinehurst Resort.
• Consistently achieved annual sales goal of $18,500,000. Managed and supervised two Regional Sales Managers and eight Account Sales Representatives in all marketing and sales activities of hotel systems. Account responsibility centered on final negotiation with franchise operators, hotel owners, and management companies. Software applications included front office, reservations, centralized accounting, restaurant POS, and golf management systems.
